Terms of Service

Last updated: July 7, 2026

Acceptance

By using ScenarioSplice, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

ScenarioSplice is a no-code tool for building branching training scenarios and assigning them to learners via shareable links. It is operated by Threadlimit.co and is currently in free early access. We may add, change, or remove features, and we may introduce paid tiers for advanced features (such as gradebook export, class rosters, and LMS integration) in the future. The core authoring and assign-a-link flow is intended to remain free.

Accounts

Authors sign in with Google OAuth and are responsible for the security of their account. Learners do not need an account to play an assigned scenario.

Your content

You own your scenarios. We do not claim ownership of anything you create, and we never require you to publish your scenarios publicly. You can export your scenarios as JSON, or delete them, at any time. Assigning a scenario produces an unlisted link: playable by anyone who has the link, but not listed in any public library. You decide when to assign, and you can revoke an assign link at any time.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use ScenarioSplice to create or distribute content that:

We may remove content that violates these guidelines and suspend accounts that repeatedly break these rules.

AI features

AI drafting assistance is produced by third-party models via OpenRouter. We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or appropriateness of AI-generated text. You are responsible for reviewing and editing any AI output before assigning a scenario to learners.

Early access & "as is"

ScenarioSplice is provided "as is" during early access, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that your data will never be lost. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Threadlimit.co is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of ScenarioSplice after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
